Stages of cooperation:

• Getting to know the object. Preliminary discussion of the details, wishes and budget of the project.
• Measuring and photographing the object.
• Signing of the contract based on the specified measurement. The contract specifies all stages and conditions of work, deadlines for execution.
• Filling out the terms of reference. Discussion of references from the customer.
• The development of a comprehensive planning concept for all premises of the designed object will be provided. • Album. Printout of the design project with a booklet in A3 format (2 copies), one for the customer, the other for the builders.

The range of services that ensures accurate compliance with the interior design project at all stages of construction, repair and finishing works includes:

• A visit at the object to carry out the author's supervision of the progress of the work in accordance with the accuracy and compliance with the design projects.

A set of works and services aimed at finding places for the selection and purchase of components, on favorable terms for the customer, and provided by the Design Project and including:

• Estimate of all items of materials and furniture, as well as installation and delivery;
• The choice of manufacturers of individual items that are most suitable for the price, quality and level of service, depending on the Customer's tasks. Manufacturers are being searched for in reasonable quantities.
• Ensuring the search for third parties engaged in the sale, supply or manufacture of components provided for in the Design Project;
• Coordinating documentation processing by suppliers and/or contractors;
• Coordinating the supply of components provided by the Design Project by third parties.
• Checking the availability, terms and conditions of delivery of materials and equipment from selected suppliers.
• Reconciliation and approval of the shape of parts, colors, sizes, etc.
• Interaction with contractors (finishers, cabinetmakers, metal manufacturers, furniture makers, etc.): meetings, negotiations, drafting technical specifications with contractors and assistance to the Customer in their approval.
• Making calculations necessary for the purchase of individual items agreed with the Customer. Recommendations on the volume of stocks of materials and individual items, in case the supplier does not have the reference data, or they differ from the requirements of the Design Project. Determination and coordination with the Customer of the required stock of materials.
• Maintaining and monitoring tables and specifications of ordered equipment, payment orders, receipts, warranty cards, coordinates of suppliers and contact persons. Transfer of all documents and specifications to the Customer upon completion of the provision of Scope services.
• We accept all installations at the object, coordinate contractors and all repair participants.
• Finally, we invite the decorator and take a photo (photo as a gift).
• This scope is possible only with the supervision of the author.
